Lead routing proof

Each enquiry can be inspected from capture to routing: form fields, timestamp, UTM data, delivery channel, and follow-up destination.

Sample lead journey we inspect

  1. Property owner clicks a seller, rental, valuation, or area-specific campaign offer.
  2. The lead form captures name, phone, area, focus, message, consent, source, referrer, and UTM campaign data.
  3. The backend validates the payload and blocks spam signals before routing anything further.
  4. The enquiry is delivered to the agreed destination: WhatsApp workflow, email, Make, Google Sheets, CRM, or another follow-up system.
  5. Lead quality feedback is reviewed against area, budget, offer, follow-up speed, and appointment fit.

What we inspected

  • Whether the enquiry includes a usable phone number, area, focus, and property need.
  • Whether the campaign source and UTM data are captured for attribution.
  • Whether the lead was routed to the correct follow-up destination.
