Research, not content.
First-party work on how South African property pipelines actually behave — qualification, follow-up, campaign economics and area intelligence. Written by John Mokwena, co-founder of GatorScale Media.
The editorial standard
Every piece states what it rests on.
Nothing here is commodity content, and nothing here fabricates its evidence. Each piece carries a method block stating what was observed, how, when — and what the method cannot tell you. Where a figure belongs but has not been measured, the page marks it as unmeasured, rather than dressing an estimate in a percentage sign.
That standard costs us some dramatic headlines. It is also the only standard under which research deserves to be cited.

Start with an assessment, not a sales call.
Answer six questions about your area and follow-up capacity. You get a readiness result, a recommended first test and the risk most likely to cost you mandates — before anyone contacts you.
