Company details

GatorScale Media is a marketing and lead generation service for South African property practitioners. Formal trading, registration, or billing details can be provided during onboarding or on request where applicable.

Responsible party

GatorScale Media is the responsible party for consultation enquiries submitted through this website. Privacy and data requests can be sent to leads@gatorscalemedia.com.

Privacy contact and information officer

Privacy, access, correction, deletion, objection, and stop-contact requests can be sent to leads@gatorscalemedia.com. If a formal POPIA information officer is appointed or updated, this page will be updated with those details.

Data we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the details you submit: name, phone number, optional email, area, sales/rentals focus, message, consent, page URL, referrer, and campaign UTM information where present.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry data to respond to consultation requests, route leads to the correct team member or workflow, confirm what was submitted, review campaign quality, prevent spam, and keep reasonable business records.

Who receives it

Enquiries are routed to the GatorScale Media lead team and consultant/admin inboxes so the request can be followed up. John may receive direct consultant notifications. Operational lead routing and privacy requests use leads@gatorscalemedia.com.

Third-party processors

Lead data may be processed through Make, Resend, Google Sheets, a CRM webhook, or another approved workflow tool configured by GatorScale Media. Google Analytics is used only after analytics consent is granted.

Cross-border processing

Some service providers, including Make, Resend, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and CRM tools, may process or store data outside South Africa. Where those tools are used, they are used to operate lead routing, email delivery, analytics, business records, and campaign quality review.

Security measures

We use server-side validation, rate limiting, spam honeypot checks, HTTPS, environment variables for secrets, limited access to operational inboxes and workflows, and privacy-conscious redaction when reviewing proof material.

Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand page performance, carousel usage, and conversion events. Analytics cookies and GA4 tracking run only after analytics consent is granted. Necessary security, rate limiting, spam prevention, and form-handling functions still operate without analytics consent.

Retention

Lead enquiry data is generally retained for up to 24 months for consultation follow-up, business records, campaign quality review, and dispute prevention, unless a longer period is required by law or the user requests deletion earlier.

Your rights

In line with South African POPIA principles, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where appropriate, or objection to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business record needs.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

To request access, correction, deletion, or objection, email leads@gatorscalemedia.com with the phone number or email used in your enquiry so the record can be identified.

Stop-contact requests

You can ask GatorScale Media to stop contacting you about a consultation request by emailing leads@gatorscalemedia.com or replying to a message with a clear stop-contact instruction.
